Following hot on the heels of another record-setting year in real estate as Toronto and the GTA kicks off another season, what do you think, will 2016 be more of the same - bidding wars resulting in outrageous prices paid for tiny or dilapidated spaces? We humans all throughout history and as a measure of wealth, stature and importance have fought to gain tiny strips of territory, then cities, then countries, seas and oceans and maybe next we'll take the fight to space, the moon or even mars.
